Here's what we do.
We try to make our service as simple as possible.
Book one of our videographers to record video, audio and slide content of each speaker presentation at your event. The recorded media is then sent directly to our editor who integrates it all together, trims out unwanted content, and adds basic motion graphics. We send you the edited video files to download and share with your audience.
1. Record

1 videographer records at your venue

2 cameras are used to record video (one wide shot, one close-up shot on active speakers)

Audio is recorded from sound system and/or with added microphones

Presentation slides are recorded directly from presenter laptop​​

Live streaming and video conference integration services available on request.
2. Edit

Our editor integrates all the recorded video, audio and slide presentation content

Basic trimming divides up separate presentations, cuts beginnings and endings and removes unwanted content, such as lengthy pauses or mistakes

Added motion graphics include opening and closing slides, identifier titles for speakers, and branded slide framing
-
Audio cleanup and colour correction makes it look and sound as best as possible
Additional editing services available on request, such as:

3. Deliver

The edited videos are delivered to you within 72 hours of the event recording*

Receive a link to download the video files (HD 1080 resolution)

Requested corrections and minor changes will be processed quickly
